Objectives Clinical endometritis is a common reproductive disorder in mammals that seriously
endangers animal health and causes economic losses worldwide. This study aims to use lipopoly
saccharide and Trueperella pyogenes exotoxin as modelling reagents (LC) to perfuse the mouse
uterus in order to establish a model of clinical endometritis and to investigate the anti-inflamma
tory and antioxidant effects of chlorogenic acid (CGA).
Methods In this study, five LC uterine perfusions were selected to model clinical endomet
ritis. The anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects of CGA were clarified. Through HE staining,
proinflammatory cytokines, blood testing, NFκB and Keap1/Nrf2 signalling pathways and other
index changes to explore the protection mechanism of CGA.
Key findings After CGA treatment, the appearance, inflammatory damage and blood indicators of
the mouse uterus returned to normal. Simultaneously, CGA could inhibit the activation of NFκB
and reduce the release of inflammatory cytokines; CGA could also activate Keap1/Nrf2, promote
the dissociation of Keap1 and Nrf2 and significantly increase the expression of the downstream
genes HO-1 and NQO1.
CGA (purity >98.0%) was purchased from Desite Bio (Chengdu, China).

Abstract
Due to the tremendous clinical value, more and more Traditional Chinese Medicines (TCMs) and their。formulae are attracted by world’s attention. QiangHuoShengShi (QHSS) decoction is one of classic TCM。formulae, which is clinically used for treating various rheumatic diseases. However, the phytochemical。constituents of QHSS have rarely been reported. A simple, intelligent, and comprehensive strategy was。developed to characterize the phytochemical-fingerprint and quantify the chemical-markers for precise。quality evaluation of QHSS. Firstly, a new deep-learning assisted mass defect filter (MDF) method was built for rapid and accurate classification of mass spectrum (MS) ions acquired by ultra-high performanceliquid chromatography quadrupole time of flight tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC-Q-TOF/MS). Subse-quently, herb species-specific chemical-category and characteristic identification were used for further characterization of multi-components. As the result, seven major types of compounds in QHSS were in-telligently differentiated and 183 phytochemical compounds were tentatively identified. Finally, a sensi-tive scheduled multiple reaction monitoring (sMRM) detection method was applied to precisely quantify 37 target analytes in QHSS decoction. This integrated strategy would provide an alternative method for chemical-material basis study of more herbal medicine or natural products.

Ionic liquid vortex-simplified matrix solid-phase dispersion for the simultaneous determination of terpenoids, crocins, quinic acid derivatives and flavonoids in Gardeniae fructus by UHPLC期刊名:Journal of separation science文献编号:DOI 10.1002/jssc.201801354文献地址:https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1002/jssc.201801354发表日期:03 March 2019AbstractA novel ionic‐liquid‐based vortex‐simplified matrix solid‐phase dispersion method using 2,6‐dimethyl‐β‐cyclodextrin was established by ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled with a photodiode array detector. 2,6‐Dimethyl‐β‐cyclodextrin was first used as a promising adsorbent in this proposed method for simultaneous determination of eight compounds in Gardeniae fructus. These compounds are terpenoids (geniposidic acid, genipin‐1‐β‐D‐gentiobioside, geniposide, 8‐o‐acetyl shanzhiside methyl ester), crocins (crocin‐I, crocin‐II), quinic acid derivatives (chlorogenic acid), and flavonoids (isoquercitrin), respectively. Several parameters were investigated in the adsorption and desorption processes to obtain the optimal conditions, including 2,6‐dimethyl‐β‐cyclodextrin as sorbent, 0.5 mL 100 mM 1‐dodecyl‐3‐methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate as the extraction solvent, 2:1 of sample/sorbent ratio, grinding for 2 min and vortexing for 60 s. The recoveries of the eight compounds ranged from 96.6 to 100% (<3.50%). The limits of detection and quantification were in the range of 0.02–0.30 and 0.06–1.25 μg/mL, respectively. Meanwhile, a good linearity was attained with r values (>0.9997). The established method showed higher extraction efficiency and less reagent consumption than traditional matrix solid phase dispersion and ultrasonic‐assisted extraction. Hence, it could be applied for sample preparation and analysis of natural products.Standard substances including geniposidic acid, chlorogenic acid, genipin-1-β-Dgentiobioside, geniposide, 8-o-acetyshanzhiside methyl ester, isoquercitrin, crocin I, and crocin II were purchased from Chengdu Desite Biological Technology Co., Ltd(Chengdu, China).

A Diol-Based-Matrix Solid-Phase Dispersion Method for the Simultaneous Extraction and Determination of 13 Compounds From Angelicae Pubescentis Radix by Ultra High-Performance Liquid Chromatography期刊名:Frontiers in Pharmacology文献编号:DOI 10.3389/fphar.2019.00227文献地址:https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fphar.2019.00227/full发表日期:08 March 2019A simple and eco-friendly Diol-based-matrix solid-phase dispersion method (MSPD) was optimized and established to simultaneously extract 13 bioactive compounds (7 coumarins and 6 phenolic acids) in Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (APR) by ultrahigh performance liquid chromatography coupled with photodiode array detector (UHPLC-PDA). Diol was chosen as the dispersing sorbent and methanol solution was used as the elution solvent. The preparation procedures for the MSPD including the types of sorbents, mass ratio of matrix to sorbent, grinding time, type, concentration and volume of elution solvent were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, good recoveries of the 13 target compounds were obtained in the range of 94.8–107% (RSD < 3.22%). The limits of detection (LODs) and limits of quantitation (LOQs) were in the ranges of 0.08–0.12 μg mL-1 and 0.16–0.24 μg mL-1, respectively. Compared with the traditional method, it was a green and environmentally friendly technique. The results proved that the established method was successfully applied to the extraction and determination of 13 target bioactive compounds for quality control in APR.neochlorogenic acid, chlorogenic acid, 4-dicaffeoylquinic acid, isochlorogenic acid B, isochlorogenic acid A, isochlorogenic acid C,umbelliferae, columbianetin, imperatorin, osthole, isoimperatorin were obtained from Chengdu Desite Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Chengdu, China).

Abstract
A simple and effective sample preparation process based on miniaturized matrix solid‐phase dispersion was developed for simultaneous determination of phenolic acids (gallic acid, chlorogenic acid, ferulic acid, 3,5‐dicaffeoylqunic acid, 1,5‐dicaffeoylqunic acid, rosmarinic acid, lithospermic acid, and salvianolic acid B), flavonoids (kaempferol‐3‐O‐rutinoside, calycosin, and formononetin), lactones (ligustilide and butyllidephthalide), monoterpenoids (paeoniflorin), phenanthraquinones (cryptotanshinone), and furans (5‐hydroxymethylfurfural) in Naoxintong capsule by ultra high‐performance liquid chromatography. The optimized condition was that 25 mg Naoxintong powder was blended homogeneously with 100 mg Florisil PR for 4 min. One milliliter of methanol/water (75:25, v/v) acidified by 0.05% formic acid was selected to elute all components. It was found that the recoveries of the six types of components ranged from 61.36 to 96.94%. The proposed miniaturized matrix solid‐phase dispersion coupled with ultra high‐performance liquid chromatography was successfully applied to simultaneous determination of the six types of components in Naoxintong capsules. The results demonstrated that the proposed miniaturized matrix solid‐phase dispersion coupled with ultra high‐performance liquid chromatography could be used as an environmentally friendly tool for the extraction and determination of multiple bioactive components in natural products.Reference standards including gallic acid (GA), 5-hydroxymethylfurfural, chlorogenic acid, paeoniflorin, ferulic acid, 3,5-dicaffeoylqunic acid, 1,5-dicaffeoylqunic acid, kaempferol-3-O-rutinoside, rosmarinic acid, lithospermic acid, salvianolic acid B, calycosin, formononetin, ligustilide, butyllidephthalide, and cryptotanshinone were purchased from Chengdu Desite Biological Technology Co., Ltd (Chengdu, China)
